Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand Oracle Cloud HCM related business requirements.

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Core HR and Recruitment / Oracle Cloud HCM Absence and Time & Labor.

- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions using standard functionality.

- Define functional specifications and document business process flows.

- Review the data migration activities, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Assess the need for customizations and enhancements to Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Create and Maintain the comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

- Perform Unit testing, SIT and support UAT.

- Impart training to users on Oracle A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or a related discipline

- Overall 9+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM including 3 - 6 years of implementation project experience.

- Expert in Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Absence and Time & Labor.

- Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and standards.

- Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM or similar areas.

- Good communication and customer facing skills
