Title- Requirement for a real estate sales executive

Additional information-

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing or related field).

Experience: At least 1 years of proven sales experience

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and local languages.

Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to convince and close deals.

Networking Ability: Build and maintain client relationships.

Tech-Savvy: Familiar with MS Office and social media marketing .

Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct property showings and presentations.

Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate trends, pricing, and documentation.

Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.

Must have a two wheeler or four wheeler driving licence

Location- Panjim

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
