Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled

LLM (Large Language Model) Scientist

with a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art language models for various applications. If you have a passion for working on cutting-edge AI technologies, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:LLM Fine-Tuning:

Research, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) to solve various AI challenges.Generative AI Solutions:

Create advanced AI solutions for real-world use cases, from prototypes to production systems.RAG Pipelines:

Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve AI output accuracy.Prototyping:

Build quick, functional demos using tools like Streamlit or Dash.Data Handling:

Use algorithms and data structures to process unstructured data effectively.System Optimization:

Debug, profile, and scale machine learning systems for high performance.Team Collaboration:

Work with data scientists, engineers, and others to tackle complex problems.Stakeholder Communication:

Clearly explain technical concepts and project progress.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 5+ years in software development, especially in AI and machine learning.Hands-on experience with Generative AI and fine-tuning LLMs.Skills:Programming:

Proficient in Python, Java, or C++.AI & Data Science:

Strong knowledge of AI and Generative AI techniques.LLM & RAG Expertise:

Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and designing RAG pipelines.Prototyping Tools:

Familiarity with frameworks like Streamlit or Dash.System Performance:

Proven ability to optimize and scale machine learning systems.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in unstructured, ambiguous scenarios.Performance Expectations:Develop and fine-tune LLMs to meet application needs.Create prototypes to demonstrate AI applications.Collaborate with a team to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.Ensure systems are scalable and efficient.Document work and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
