Job Title: LLM Engineer

Job Summary:

As an LLM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing applications that leverage large language models to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to build robust, scalable, and secure applications that integrate cutting-edge natural language processing capabilities. Your role will involve developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-based solutions that are impactful, user-centric, and efficient.

Location- Durgapur/Jaipur/Madurai

Key Responsibilities:

LLM Model Development and Integration:

- Design and develop applications that leverage LLMs for various use cases (e.g., summarization, question answering, content generation).- Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune and optimize LLMs, ensuring they meet performance and quality benchmarks.- Implement and test prompt engineering techniques to maximize LLM effectiveness in specific applications.- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards in LLM usage.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

- Set up and manage monitoring tools to track the performance and usage of deployed LLMs.- Implement continuous learning and improvement pipelines to enhance LLM accuracy and relevance.- Troubleshoot issues related to model performance, data ingestion, and infrastructure.

Collaboration and Documentation:

- Work closely with product teams to understand business needs and deliver effective LLM solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices for LLM integration and maintenance.- Develop and maintain documentation for LLM deployment and usage guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in Software Development.- 1+ years of experience in developing and deploying applications with LLMs or NLP-based models.- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API).- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable infrastructure design.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
