Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position for an E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing, managing, and optimizing e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance overall sales performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring key performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing customer acquisition strategies. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and delivering measurable results to clients. Qualifications Solid understanding of Commerce practices and e-commerce platforms Strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns effectively Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue growth Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment Experience in performance marketing or similar roles would be advantageous Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Manage and scale e-commerce campaigns with focus on ROAS and profitability Independently handle GA4 & Google Tag Manager : Event tracking Conversion setup Debugging & validation Optimize product feeds for Google Shopping Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages Analyze performance and prepare reports using GA4, Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager Manage campaigns specifically for the AU market (audience behavior, time zones, seasonality) Coordinate with creative, tech, and e-commerce teams
