We're seeking a creative and hands-on Senior Social Media Advisor to join a high-performing communications team on a 6-month assignment starting immediately. This is a content-first role - you'll create engaging and accessible social media content that connects with diverse audiences, communicates key messages clearly, and aligns with brand and strategic objectives. You'll also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and impact across all platforms. Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver engaging social media content aligned with brand voice and strategic goals* Translate complex or technical information into clear, plain-English messages* Manage and moderate social media channels, maintaining strong community engagement* Use content calendars and workflow tools to plan and coordinate posts* Collaborate with internal teams, including senior executives, to ensure content accuracy* Monitor and analyse social media performance using listening tools and provide actionable insights About You: * Strong written communication skills and a content-first mindset* Ability to simplify complex ideas and make them engaging and relatable* Confident working with diverse stakeholders and senior executives* Experience with social media management tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout, or Sprinklr* Familiarity with Canva for simple content creation* Data-driven and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment* Flexible, proactive, and highly organised Benefits: * Immediate start - 6-month contract through to April 2026* Hybrid work model (2 days in-office, 3 days WFH)* Supportive and collaborative team culture* Opportunity to work on high-impact national campaigns Company: You'll be joining a respected national organisation known for its collaborative culture, innovative approach, and focus on clear, impactful communication.
