Senior Organisational Development Advisor

·     Lead the design and delivery of OD initiatives ·     Supportive and collaborative team environment ·     Flexible work options, such as part-time, job share or work school hours About the role: We have a new 12-month Fixed Term role for an experienced Senior Advisor to engage with the business at a strategic and operational level to develop, design and deliver progressive Organisational Design initiatives. Working alongside a team of professionals, this role will provide end -to-end consulting services to the business to foster a high performing, values based, and leader led workforce. In this busy role you’ll be responsible for: ·         The implementation and deployment of organisational wide frameworks and processes ensuring they are aligned to performance and employee experience and lifecycle which drive values, culture and strategy. ·         Be a trusted advisor across business units to identify contemporary, tailor-made solutions to address issues around engagement, enablement and employee experience. ·         Scope, research, design and execute programs which are aligned to the new corporate and People & Capability strategy, to drive business improvement and culture through the application of our values, competencies and behaviours. ·         Analyse and interpret HR metrics to identify current and emerging trends and drive OD initiatives and change across the corporation. About you: ·         You’ll have considerable experience and skills within an organisational development role. ·         Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary OD practices and ability to adapt models/frameworks/methodologies to resolve issues. ·         Highly developed organisational and time management skills and the ability to deal with multiple projects and priorities. ·         Well-developed communication and facilitation skills to tailor information to the audience. ·         Attention to detail and able to analyse and critique quantitative and qualitative data in a logical and objective manner in order to formulate recommendations or solve problems. ·         Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to develop positive relationships and engage with a range of people across the organisation. ·         Degree level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology or relevant discipline Applications close 13th September 2023.
