Practical Information:

Location: Bangalore, India | Team Size: 6 | Reports to: National Product Manager | Language requirements: Fluent/Professional English, written and verbal


As our new AWS National Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our VAD team and ensure that team are driving the growth the AWS business and consumption on a national level for both the public and commercial sector through our VAD partners .


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Set clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for team members, and conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions
  • Building Yearly plan with AWS and driving with India Leadership team and executing regionally with Sales
  • Engagements with Large partners along with Regional Sales Manager and Product Sales Specialists to grow the AWS consumption revenue
  • Building Marketing plan with respective stakeholder in AWS , working closely with India Marketing team and driving with Sales and Product team
  • Elevate partners to next level tier upgrade journey
  • Identify services opportunity from customer/Partner and working closely with AWS on all programs


Your Competencies:

  • A track record of success in leading and managing channel or partner sales/product teams
  • Extensive experience with AWS funding/incentive programs (such as MAP, OLA, CEI)
  • Experience with Channel and Partner Sales for commercial and public sector
  • Knowledge on how to build AWS GTM with partners

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
  • Comfortable building long-term and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
