The Performance Marketing team is central to this vision — combining creativity with data analytics to drive precision-led growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Product Analyst – Marketing to join our Performance Marketing team. This role demands a strong mathematical mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to extract strategic insights from complex datasets. You will directly contribute to optimizing marketing performance, improving user acquisition strategies, and driving ROI across digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret large-scale marketing data from platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, You Tube, and programmatic channels.Develop predictive and attribution models to optimize marketing spend and performance.Create and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign tracking and business KPIs.Work closely with Product and Growth teams to design and test data-driven marketing experiments.Identify trends, audience behaviors, and optimization opportunities through advanced data analytics.Drive actionable insights to improve CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics.Required Skills and QualificationsB. Tech or M.
