Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on data engineering experience with a proven ability to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines in Spark-based environments
- Proficient in Python, with experience applying it to data engineering problems
- Deep technical expertise with Palantir Foundry or similar data platforms
- Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration patterns
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior engineers
