Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Voice and Accent Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer, preferably in an IT or ITES environment. You will be responsible for enhancing the communication skills of college students, ensuring they meet global employability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions to improve the communication proficiency of college students.
  • Develop training materials and customize content to cater to different teams and processes.
  • Identify individual training needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions as required.
  • Track the progress of students and maintain extensive reports to provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Ensure all students meet the required standards of accent neutrality and global communication skills.
  • Understand the CEFR framework of evaluation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer in an IT or ITES environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of global accents, with an emphasis on neutral accent training.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging training modules.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of providing constructive feedback.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively in and around Tamil Nadu.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Voice and Accent training (optional but advantageous).
  • Experience with virtual training platforms is a plus.
