Job Title: Configuration Lead – Healthcare Product ImplementationLocation: ChennaiExperience: 3-12 YearsNote : Immediate Joiners or Max - 30 to 45 Days JoinersInterested Candidate can Share Their CV to Role Overview:We are looking for a Configuration Lead to oversee the implementation of healthcare products. You will lead a team, ensure high-quality delivery, and work closely with both technical and business teams to meet client requirements on time.Key Responsibilities:Lead the configuration and setup of healthcare administration products.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).Guide and mentor Configuration Analysts and Engineers to follow best practices.Design and configure systems for Claims and Clinical Operations.Run Agile sprints, including planning, backlog grooming, and demos.Ensure configuration meets standards and review design compliance.Coordinate with Integration, Conversion, and Testing teams for smooth project execution.Provide project updates, identify risks, and propose solutions.Participate in client demos, resolve issues, and support product adoption.Key Requirements:5–8 years of experience in healthcare product implementation or configuration leadership.Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, especially US Healthcare and Payor systems.Experience in configuring and deploying healthcare products.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and leading sprints.Experience with HealthRules Payor or similar platforms is preferred.Strong knowledge of Claims processing, Member/Provider data, and Clinical Operations.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with healthcare integrations, EDI transactions, and workflow automation.Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools.Client-facing experience in consulting or implementation roles.
