Job Overview :

Responsible for discovering, designing, developing, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions to streamline business processes across F&A, Accounting Services, and Recruitment Processes.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Process Analysis : Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities by collaborating with the Operations team, Business Analysts, and through process workshops as well as from the output of process mining tools.

- RPA Solution Development : Design and develop RPA solutions using leading platforms (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism).

- Bot Monitoring and Maintenance : Perform bot monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.

- Best Practices Implementation : Implement best practices for bot development and security.

Must Haves :

- 3+ years of experience in RPA development.

- Strong proficiency in at least one major RPA platform.

- Experience with process analysis and optimization.

- Knowledge of SQL, database management, and Python.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or MCA.
