About the Role

We are seeking a Student Recruitment Specialist to attract high school and college students to pursue a career in aviation by becoming pilots. The specialist will build relationships with career guidance counselors, organize networking events, and conduct informative seminars across high schools and colleges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Recruitment: Actively promote aviation career opportunities, specifically pilot training, to high school and college students through direct outreach, seminars, and networking events.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with career guidance counselors, school administrators, and academic departments to create awareness and interest in aviation careers.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate on-campus events, including information sessions, networking events, and career fairs, to engage students in the aviation industry.
  • Seminar Organization: Design and conduct seminars and workshops at high schools and colleges, presenting the benefits and pathways to becoming a pilot.
  • Communication & Marketing: Create and distribute marketing materials, presentations, and informational content to educate students about pilot training and aviation career opportunities.
  • Follow-Up and Engagement: Maintain regular communication with interested students, provide them with application information, and guide them through the process of applying for pilot programs.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment activities, track student engagement, and report on recruitment goals and progress to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including admissions, marketing, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, education, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in student recruitment, career counseling, event planning, or sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence students, school counselors, and educational professionals.
  • A passion for aviation and helping students explore exciting career opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfort in public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel to schools, colleges, and other educational institutions as needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, particularly in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and pilot training programs.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms to promote recruitment efforts.
  • Strong network within the education sector, particularly with career counselors and academic staff.
