Role Overview:
We are looking for a brilliant, high-potential candidate who is eager to make an impact through automation, technology-driven projects, and process innovation. The right candidate will be a curious learner, an agile executor, and someone who thrives on solving problems and creating smarter ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior leadership on special projects focusing on automation, digitization, and process improvement.
  • Conceptualize and execute technology-enabled solutions for internal teams and client operations.
  • Research and explore new-age tools, platforms, and trends relevant to accounting, outsourcing, and business transformation.
  • Support cross-functional teams in project planning, implementation, and tracking outcomes.
  • Drive continuous learning and adaptability by experimenting with innovative approaches and sharing best practices.

What Were Looking For:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA (2023 pass-out with 1+ years of work experience will be preferred) – specialization in Operations, Business Analytics, IT, Strategy, or related fields.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis, and preferably macros).
  • Exposure to automation tools, dashboards, or technology-driven academic/industry projects will be a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ideas into practical execution.
  • A mindset of curiosity, innovation, and adaptability to learn new technologies and business models.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to work in a fast-paced, global KPO environment.
