The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure operational efficiency by implementing strategies to streamline last-mile delivery services. Primary responsibilities include coordinating fleet management activities, supervising and coaching staff, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to improve processes, achieve operational goals, and drive continuous improvement.QualificationsExperience in Operations Management, Fleet Coordination, and Process OptimizationStrong Leadership, Team Supervision, and Staff Coaching skillsExpertise in Performance Monitoring, Data Analysis, and Metric ReportingKnowledge of Compliance and Regulatory FrameworksStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skillsProficiency in technology platforms and tools related to logistics and delivery operationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldPrior experience in last-mile delivery operations or logistics is a plus
