ROLE:

We are looking for a Placement Coordinator with a passion for learning and who is open to working in a dynamic environment. You are expected to be excellent communicators, with an empathetic attitude and robust listening skills. You are expected to be able to pick up the ropes and not give up; organize, plan, and act, all while managing time effectively. Job responsibilities:

As a Placement Officer, you will be working on:

● Career Assistance and Coordination - Being the point of contact for Learners’ career assistance, coordinating with Course Ops team, and helping Learners build collaterals required for Placements ● Placement Coordination between hiring partners and learners

● Database management for Hiring partners- Enabling communication with the Hiring Partner and managing their requirements

● Placement Database Management - Maintaining and updating Learner placement database across cohorts, and conduct analysis on placement statistics

● Enabling Placements - Capturing requirements from learners and companies, shortlisting candidates and sending profiles, setting up interviews and documenting interviews, and maintaining feedback loops

● Learner Support during placements - Assisting learners with queries related to placement cycles and timelines.

● Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.

● Constantly monitor and analyze metrics identified, publish insights/any anomalies along with hypothesis

● Translating business requirements and user requests into effective report and dashboard designs in challenging deadlines.

● Assist with performance tuning of dashboards, and background data queries as needed
