About the job
At Alle, we are building an AI-powered personal stylist to discover, try-on & shop the best fashion ideas. Our platform thrives on creator-driven content and community engagement.
We're assembling the founding team and are looking for a ‘creator success - lead’ to oversee our creator community operations, content quality, and engagement initiatives. In this role, you'll be part of founding team and will be responsible for scaling our creator ecosystem while maintaining high content standards.
Alle is venture-backed by the top VCs & angels in India & US.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead creator onboarding programs and educational initiatives
- Design and execute daily challenges for creators, including product curation
- Oversee creator payments and operational workflows
- Build and manage a team of interns to support creator operations
- Drive creator engagement and retention through data-driven strategies
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in community management & creator operations
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple daily deliverables
- Experience with content moderation and quality control processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse creator personalities
- Data-driven approach to decision making and performance optimisations
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
