Invictus Performance Lab is a high-performance coaching facility that is dedicated to improving sports performance and wellness lifestyles. We work with athletes across various sports, including cricket, football, tennis, and more, to elevate their capabilities through science-backed coaching, recovery, and assessments. We're looking for a creative and motivated Digital Content Creator to join our team and amplify our digital presence.
Role Overview:
The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all our digital platforms. You will work closely with our coaches, physiotherapists, and athletes to produce engaging multimedia content that showcases the unique programs and services offered at Invictus Performance Lab. If you're passionate about storytelling, sports performance, and wellness, this role is a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that reflects our brand's mission and voice.
- Create engaging and informative multimedia content, including video, graphics, and written posts, for social media channels, our website, and other digital platforms.
- Capture and edit photos and videos of training sessions, client success stories, workshops, and events.
- Work closely with coaches and athletes to highlight their journeys, showcasing sports science, strength and conditioning, and recovery processes.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage with our audience in new and creative ways.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital content trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
- Experience with photography and videography, particularly in a sports or fitness setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with coaches and athletes.
- Passion for sports, wellness, and human performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in health, fitness, or sports industries.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic analytics.
- Ability to create compelling written content that is both informative and motivational.
