This role will be specifically focused on
Pink Fort
.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Design team with sourcing and vendor communication for designs, fabrics, trims, and production.
  • Work closely with local and regional vendors for execution and follow-ups regarding quotations, buying, sampling, production control, lead times, costing, MOQs, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and update the fabric library for new launches with detailed descriptions including price, colors, timelines, etc.
  • Support Product Development by coordinating sample handovers to the production team.
  • Ensure smooth processes for timely collection launches in collaboration with the product team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage product launch execution and setup.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of
    Indian Pattern Making and Fits
    is essential.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in product merchandising, sourcing, or production.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Creativity and agility to adapt to changing needs.
  • Hunger & drive to do a better job every day.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel preferred.
  • A
    fashion background or strong inclination toward apparel & lifestyle brands
    is preferred.
