Role & responsibilities

- Monitor installation, submittals and usage of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines.- Manage smooth commissioning of the project by Coordinating between the company and the Contractor.- Guide testing processes and motivate specialists to achieve standard results.- Assist with identification and redressal of commissioning and malfunction issues.- Track and review progress through meetings.- Provides input to project management, engineering, and construction to ensure startup requirements are incorporated into project activities, including review of project designs and construction to ensure plant operability and operating personnel safety- Coordinates, as directed, with project management, the startup related engineering, construction and client activities as an office assignment or during startup, operations, maintenance or testing at the jobsite- Feedback lessons learned to construction and engineering- Support the Project Manager to carry out the representativeness of the Company in front of the Client, in all commercial aspects when required- Evaluate contractual commissioning statistics and instruction guidelines in accordance with the needs of the project.

High performance & High availability designs

Optimize electrical losses and provide best in class PUE for the data center.

Track commissioning issues until resolved and closed

-Medium and low voltage power systems

-Generators

-UPS

-HVAC

-Chilled Water Systems

-Building Management systems (BMS)

-Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)

-Testing and balancing

-Pumps and Hydronic systems

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

Mandatory : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline

Experience:

Overall 7-12 years of experience in Electrical & Mechanical Systems designs/testing & Commissioning

- 3+ years of experience directly related to mission critical facilities or data center infrastructure,- 3+ years of commissioning experience- Certification or training specific to NETA, ASHRAE, or Commissioning specific education courses- Detailed understanding of critical LV, MV and HV electrical equipment- Detailed understanding of relays, protections schemes, high-voltage circuit breakers, power and distribution transformers electrical switchgear, grounding and earthing.
