Key Relationship Manager in Banking

Indias Leading Bank is seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Key Relationship Manager to joinour dynamic branch banking team.
In this role you will play apivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of High Net WorthIndividual (HNI) clients fostering strong relationships anddelivering exceptional financial solutions.
Job Rolesand Responsibilities:

Manage a designatedportfolio of HNI clients fostering strong longterm relationshipsbuilt on trust and personalised service.

Conduct indepthfinancial needs assessments to understand client goals risktolerance and investment preferences.
-
Develop and presentcustomised financial solutions encompassing a comprehensive suiteof wealth management products and services (e.g. investmentportfolios private banking prioritybanking).
Proactively identify new businessopportunities exceeding sales targets for assignedportfolio.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews recommendingadjustments based on market trends and clientcircumstances.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams(wealth management product specialists) to deliver seamless clientexperiences.
DesiredCandidates Profile:
-
Minimum 5 years ofexperience in core retail liability bankingsales.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targetsand achieving portfolio growth in the HNI segment (14 years ofexperience).
Strong understanding of financial products andservices including wealth management solutions investments andbanking products.
Excellent communication presentation andinterpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
