AI Chatbot Developer
Our company is leading the way, in developing state of the art AI solutions. Is currently looking for an AI Chatbot Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a role in creating a cutting-edge application to ChatGPT utilizing our vast knowledge base to offer intelligent and engaging conversational interactions. Responsibilities
1. Design and Development;
Take charge of designing and developing an AI chatbot application, inspired by the success of ChatGPT.
Architect the system to effectively handle natural language queries provide relevant responses and maintain coherent conversations across multiple turns.
Implement modular and scalable components that can be easily managed updated and expanded as the chatbot progresses.
2. Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML);
Enhance cutting edge NLP models to empower the chatbot in understanding user queries extracting information and grasping the intended meaning, behind them.
Utilize and adjust cutting edge learning structures, like transformers such as BERT and GPT along with sequence to sequence models to craft responses that mimic conversations effectively.
Stay updated on the latest developments in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) to enhance the chatbots abilities continuously.
3. Integration of Knowledge Base and Retrieval of Information.
Connect the chatbot with our knowledge base to ensure accurate retrieval of relevant information for user inquiries.
Develop methods for organizing knowledge, semantic search and extracting information to enable the chatbot to offer dependable responses.
Work closely with experts in fields to manage and structure the knowledge base effectively providing the chatbot access to current and authoritative data.
4. Managing Dialogues and Interacting with Users;
Implement strategies for handling multi turn conversations shifting contexts smoothly and managing interruptions from users adeptly.
Create user interfaces that encourage interactions, between users and the chatbot.
Customize responses based on user preferences, history and context to personalize interactions effectively. Testing, Monitoring and Continuous Improvement.
Establishing and upkeeping a testing framework to thoroughly assess the chatbots performance guaranteeing its precision, dependability, and ability to scale.
Continuously observing and analyzing user engagements, feedback and usage data to pinpoint areas, for enhancement and collect insights for future upgrades.
Working closely with diverse teams to prioritize and roll out updates introduce new features and enhance performance based on data backed findings.
Research and Innovation.
Keeping updated on the AI research breakthroughs by delving into advancements in conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML).
Engaging in conferences, workshops well as industry gatherings to exchange knowledge with peers while bringing back valuable insights to foster innovation within the team.
Cultivating an environment that promotes experimentation and ongoing learning endeavours motivating the team to explore horizons in AI.
Requirements.
1. Possession of a degree, in Computer Science or a related field focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) NLP or ML.
2. Demonstrated history of creating and deploying conversational AI systems or chatbots in scenarios. Deep understanding of NLP methods, including categorizing text, identifying named entities analyzing sentiments and grasping language nuances. Proficiency, in machine learning and advanced neural network frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras with hands on experience in implementing state of the art models for NLP tasks. Strong coding skills in Python, Java or C++ focused on building scalable AI applications. Previous work involving knowledge bases, information retrieval systems and semantic search strategies. Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Azure along with expertise in deploying ML models in production environments. Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with an approach to solving challenges within conversational AI. Effective teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate across functions and explain concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. A drive to push the boundaries of AI innovation and a strong dedication, to achieving outcomes in an intellectually stimulating setting.
Desired Qualifications .
1.We are looking for someone, with hands on experience in adapting and refining trained language models like BERT and GPT 3 for conversational AI tasks. Familiarity with AI frameworks such as Dialog flow, Rasa or IBM Watson is a plus along with integrating them with custom NLP models.
Understanding DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is essential for development and deployment of ML applications.
