We're NewGen IT Technologies Limited (Formerly VCARE InfoTech Solutions and Services Pvt.Ltd.), a company at the forefront of innovation, and we're looking for a talented System Administrator to join our growing IT Infrastructure team.

As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our server and storage infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency for our business operations.

What you'll do :

- Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers for optimal performance and high availability.

- Administer and support storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and backup systems.

- Monitor server activity, troubleshoot problems, and optimize resource utilization.

- Implement and manage virtualization technologies (eg, VMware, Hyper-V).

- Oversee data backup, recovery processes, and contribute to disaster recovery planning.

- Configure, maintain, and monitor network storage environments.

- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

- Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and security updates.

- Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure projects and deployments.

- Document system configurations, procedures, and maintenance activities.

Who you are :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on server and storage management.

- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization platforms.

- Experience with enterprise storage systems (e.g, Dell EMC, NetApp) is a plus.

- Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.

Bonus points for :

- NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)

- Dell EMC Proven Professional Certification.
