Position : Team Leader – Full Stack Developer (.NET Framework)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Team Leader (Full Stack Developer) with a minimum of 5 years of experience and deep expertise in the .NET Framework to spearhead the development of our innovative Fintech Platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, prior team leadership experience, and a passion for creating secure, scalable financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of a new Fintech Platform—architecture, front-end, back-end, and integrations.
  • Mentor, motivate, and manage a team of developers; foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using the .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET/MVC/Web API), and modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or ).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and designers to define requirements and deliver features aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements in financial software development.
  • Oversee code reviews, implement best practices, and drive process improvements for code quality and project delivery.
  • Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, KYC/AML providers, etc.)
  • Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement for optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Guide and facilitate team adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in fintech, .NET technologies, and software engineering best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years
    ' professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, including significant work with the .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and frameworks (Angular, React, ).
  • Strong proficiency with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MS Access, SQL Server stored procedures, user-defined functions, triggers, views, queries, performance improvement
  • Background in building secure, scalable financial applications is highly preferred.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., payments, KYC, financial data services).
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC, software architecture, design principles, and OOP concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools and practices is a plus.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in .NET, Azure, or relevant technologies.
  • Previous experience developing Fintech, banking, or payments platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.) and security best practices.
