We are looking for a skilled
MERN Stack Developer
with
3+ years of hands-on experience
in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in
MongoDB, , , and
, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    end-to-end web applications
    using the
    MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, )
    .
  • Build and optimize
    RESTful APIs
    and ensure secure integrations.
  • Work with
    databases
    (MongoDB, SQL/PostgreSQL) for data modeling and query optimization.
  • Develop
    responsive UIs
    using , Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Implement authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).
  • Integrate
    third-party APIs
    (Google, Stripe, PayPal, Facebook, etc.) as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, Product) in Agile/Scrum setup.
  • Write
    clean, reusable, and well-documented code
    , including
    ER diagrams, functional docs, and UML where needed
    .
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Participate in
    code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing
    .
  • Deploy and manage applications on
    AWS/Firebase/Docker
    environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years
    of proven experience as a MERN Stack / Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong expertise in
    JavaScript, ES6+, , , , MongoDB
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SQL/PostgreSQL
    along with NoSQL databases.
  • Solid understanding of
    RESTful APIs, GraphQL
    (preferred).
  • Familiarity with
    frameworks
    such as Express, Hapi, Sails, or StrongLoop.
  • Hands-on experience with
    HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI
    .
  • Experience with
    testing tools
    (Jest, Cypress, Mocha, Postman).
  • Experience with
    AWS services (EC2, S3, Amplify)
    or other cloud providers.
  • Version control systems:
    Git, GitHub/Bitbucket/GitLab CI/CD
    .
  • Exposure to
    Agile methodologies
    (Scrum, JIRA).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of
    Next js, Nest Js, Angular, or
    .
  • Experience with
    Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
    .
  • Exposure to
    performance optimization
    and
    scalable architecture design
    .
