We are seeking talented, motivated, and intellectually curious individuals to join our new & dynamic Data Analytics & AI team as a Consultant Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI Applications). In this role, you will be pivotal in leveraging our existing knowledge base with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to interact with enterprise data, subsequently offering Analytics as a Service and AI solutions to our clients. This position is part of our innovative Data Analytics & AI function, representing our commitment to delivering advanced, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Generative AI models, including LLMs and RAG, to enhance our data analysis capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI applications into client solutions.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Design and optimize algorithms to improve the performance and efficiency of AI systems.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in machine learning and Generative AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and other AI models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.


Desirable:

  • Experience in working with large datasets and cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Langchain, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI
