Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cluster Manager role located in Chennai. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve business targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, providing training and development to the team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management and leadership roles
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to monitor sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Competence in providing training and development to team members
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
