Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Lead Database Generation
- Build city-wise MSME databases (initial target: 10,000 companies)
- Use web scraping tools, directories, LinkedIn, Udyam/MCA data, trade portals
- Design and run referral collection forms with existing members
2. Data Structuring & Cleaning
- Enrich leads with founder names, sector, contact details, revenue bands, and source of origin
- Maintain hygiene in CRM / Google Sheets
- Identify and flag duplicates, unresponsive records, or incomplete entries
3. Intelligence Mapping
- Identify fast-growing businesses based on news, awards, listings, and social signals
- Map decision-makers and buying triggers based on business stage
- Segment companies into potential Silver, Gold, and VIP membership tiers
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the BD and Event teams for real-time lead usage
- Prepare weekly dashboards, lead quality reports, and conversion impact summaries
- Follow up with internal stakeholders for data updates, corrections, and new requests
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 24 years of experience in data research, market intelligence, or lead generation
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic scraping techniques
- Good analytical skills and business understanding
- Excellent attention to detail, with a bias for clean data and structured output
- Bonus: Experience working in MSME, SaaS, or community platforms
