Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager in Siliguri at Bandhan Bank. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, promoting banking products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Banking Operations, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales skills
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Compliance
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Analyze Data and Make Informed Decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services industry preferred
