Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Engineer to join our team.


You will play a critical role in developing and integrating audio functionalities for our next-generation automotive infotainment systems built on a hypervisor-based e-cockpit platform.


This role requires a strong understanding of automotive audio systems, embedded systems development, and experience working with industry-standard tools and technologies.


Responsibilities :


Automotive Audio Expertise :


- Develop and implement audio use cases for In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) and Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) systems within the e-cockpit platform. Integrate audio frameworks, routing configurations, and Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL) to ensure seamless audio delivery.


Technical Skills :


- Proven experience working with audio frameworks, routing protocols, and HAL for automotive audio systems.


- In-depth knowledge of embedded systems development principles and methodologies.


- Expertise in Embedded C/C++ programming for automotive applications.


- Familiarity with audio drivers (ALSA) and audio processing concepts.


Hardware Integration (Plus) :


- Prior experience with Qualcomm (QCOM) SoCs, hardware bring-up processes, device tree configurations, and TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) settings is a plus.


Additional Skills (Plus) :


- Experience working with audio amplifiers and related hardware components is a plus. Knowledge of audio/video encoding and decoding techniques is a plus.


Qualifications :


- Strong understanding of automotive audio systems and integration challenges within a hypervisor environment.


- Proven experience in developing and implementing audio software using Embedded C/C++.


- Experience with audio drivers (ALSA), audio routing, and audio frameworks.


- Familiarity with automotive software development processes and tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
