With a current headcount of above 1500, MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG’s global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific About the Role Position Title: Governance & Administrative Support Analyst Corporate Title: Analyst Reporting to: Vice President Location: Bengaluru Job Profile: Position details: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Governance & Administrative Support Analyst to join our team. The role involves supporting governance processes, administrative coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and documentation to enable smooth operational functioning and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or fresh graduates looking to build a foundation in corporate governance, operations, or business support functions within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Support the execution of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across teams Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items for governance committees and leadership reviews Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, trackers, and audit logs Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, and metrics for internal and external stakeholders Monitor compliance to internal policies and escalate deviations appropriately Liaise with global teams to support governance activities and business processes Provide general administrative support including driving process improvements of routine governance tasks Stay updated with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to the function Job Requirements: Communication: Strong ability to clearly articulate insights and data trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and remain flexible to changing priorities. Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments, promoting a culture of cooperation. Proactivity: Strong sense of initiative, actively driving projects forward and contributing ideas. Time Management : Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field; Masters preferred At least 2 years of relevant experience in governance, operations, administrative support, compliance, or project coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word); knowledge of Share Point, Confluence, or Service Now is a plus Effective communication skills – both written and verbal Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
