JOB SUMMARY

Job Profile: Manager Commercial - Operations

Location: Delhi

Budget - 12LPA

Industry Preference - FMCG & AlcoBev Only


The candidate will be responsible for managing end to end operations for the company this will include Supply Chain management, Production Management, Compliances and Statutory management.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Translate business strategy/ plans into financial/ bottom-line impact through effective management of Supply Chain, Production and Statutory.
  • Ensure development and implementation of systems and processes to enhance supply chain driving cost benefits to the organization.
  • Researching, evaluating & developing potential vendors and suppliers for specific categories.
  • Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
  • Managing relationship with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage and coordinate with the brewery for timely production.
  • Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure optimal level of management of inventory & logistics.
  • Ensure excise compliances are met as per statutory requirement.
  • Enforce and comply with all required statutories and legal compliances.
  • Conduct & facilitate audits of suppliers as per requirement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and carry out function aligning both short term & long term goals of the organisation.


QUALIFICATION

Post graduate with relevant operations experience of 5 + years in Alco- Bev/ FMCG industry

 

EXPERIENCE

•        Strong analytical, communication & MIS skills

•        Problem solving and decision making.

•        Ability to liaise at all levels internally and externally

•        Exceptional commercial Awareness and Negotiation skills.

•        Knowledge and experience of Material procurement

•        Experience of handling production at brewery.

•        Strong understanding of Legal agreements.
