Senior Manager

Support decision making by providing detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance on a weekly basis.
Data analytics for management support and decision making through early warning signals/lead indicator reports.
Perform productivity analysis across channels & cohorts to recommend improvement areas.
Evaluate and report actual versus planned outcomes around key strategic bets/business vectors.
Monitor variable compensation design adherence to budgets and efficacy.
Carry out comprehensive and timely business planning projections analysis to share insights with the management.
Conceptualize, design and improve reporting mechanisms / dashboards / Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance Management
Develop analytical capabilities with support functions for assessing contest efficacy within approved Cost and Time Budgets
Perform minimum Performance standards analysis and recommend next steps to the stakeholders.
Support in preparation for Board Meetings, MBR /Distribution meets and other Presentations as per requirement.
