POSITION NAME: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (2 POSITIONS)OBJECTIVEAs a Marketing and Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in various stages of the marketing and business development cycle, focusing on positioning, messaging, and storytelling. Your contributions will help drive marketing campaigns aligned with the company's strategic objectives, while also providing support for virtual and in-person events. Your innovative ideas will be valued in enhancing the brand's reputation and standing in the market.

RESPONSIBILITYCollaborate with teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives aimed at achieving strategic goals.Lead projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Assist management in campaign preparation and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Maintain accurate customer records, manage sales data, and handle RFQ queries within the

ZOHO CRM

Portal.Conduct market research surveys using digital platforms and websites to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMBA or BBA in Marketing or International Business Development.Solid understanding of marketing principles and current industry trends.Demonstrated curiosity, fast learning ability, and resourcefulness.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong teamwork ethic with the capacity to execute programs effectively.Self-motivated and diligent in pursuing tasks and responsibilities.Strong understanding of ZOHO CRM & Sales IQ is preferred.Experience in manufacturing industries preferred.
