Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy: Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and market trends.

Influencer Identification: Identify and recruit influencers who align with the brand's values, target demographics, and campaign goals.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Campaign Execution: Coordinate all aspects of influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and promotion, to ensure seamless execution and maximize impact.

Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with their audience while effectively communicating key brand messages.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, leveraging data and insights to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.

Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing campaign ROI.

Compliance and Legal: Ensure all influencer partnerships and content comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and brand standards.

Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in influencer marketing, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in influencer marketing is preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and campaign performance
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
