Role Brief:

12+ Years in designing, building and deploying SAP at a global level. Leading analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO area, in close cooperation with the global finance teams; Configuring solution & conducting structured testing internally and with users; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding the business requirement of the organization Preparation of Blue-print for implementing the project Implementation of the project Validate local process and reporting requirements Validate any changes in customization and integrations Provide training to end-user Execute cutover and go-live Support Handover

Indicative Activities & Tasks:

Requirement gathering on current business processes and documenting Business Blueprints Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes. Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting Functional testing and Integration Testing Prepare End user training Document Prepare workflows, customization and integration specifications Hyper-Care Production support

Must Haves:

In-depth knowledge of global implementation strategies of the SAP solution and contribution to program and project planning End-to-End SAP FICO implementation experience in global environments Willingness to work with global timelines and calendars Financial Accounting and/or Cost Accounting education background
