POSITION SUMMARY- To provide research assistance to consultants / consulting managers / Associate Directors / Directors in their search for suitable candidates. To establish, build and maintain candidate relationship. To provide market information to consultants on trends related to key industries and sectors. Where applicable, to assist consultants in some account management functions.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding the latest trends in key industries & sectors
  • Headhunting, preparing mapping sheets and data for various assignments, adapting new search techniques like Google X-Ray, searching on social media platforms etc.
  • Providing information to the consultants on these trends for Business Development activities, sourcing information from various social media, internet search, etc.
  • Assisting consultants for the preparation of technical documents for seminars/presentations
  • Data entry of candidate profiles / details on ATS
  • Understanding the clients’ requirements, assisting in drafting job descriptions, performing searches
  • Interviewing candidates and preparing their profiles in the prescribed format to be presented to the clients
  • Coordinating interview schedules
  • Adherence to internal processes & systems with daily/weekly updates as stated


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder/Post Graduate - any discipline though post-graduate preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a service, consulting environment in non-IT recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with initiative
  • Ability to self-manage and multi-task within set deadlines
