Role Description

This full-time Chartered Accountant role is an on-site position located in VADODARA India. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Daily tasks include budgeting, financial forecasting, auditing, and performing variance analysis. The role also involves providing financial advice to senior management and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management & Reporting
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Ind-AS/IFRS.
  • Provide accurate and timely MIS reports to management.
  • Taxation & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle tax planning, assessments, and filings to optimize tax liabilities.
  • Audit & Internal Controls
  • Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits with auditors.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management
  • Oversee cash flow planning, banking, and investment activities.
  • Manage working capital and ensure liquidity for operations.
  • Advisory & Strategic Support
  • Provide financial insights to support business expansion, M&A, or restructuring.
  • Advise management on risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership from ICAI.
  • 2–6 years of post-qualification experience (depending on role seniority).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, IFRS, and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Advanced MS Excel, MIS and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
