KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Technical Interviews: Conduct structured technical interviews to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience related to the specific job role.
Evaluate Technical Skills: Assess candidates' proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, tools, and technologies. Evaluate their ability to solve technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and think critically.
Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer detailed and constructive feedback to candidates after interviews, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. Communicate the results effectively to hiring managers and team members.
Stay Current with Technology Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the evaluation process remains relevant and aligned with the company's needs.
Collaborate with Hiring Teams: Work closely with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other interviewers to understand job requirements, develop evaluation criteria, and ensure a consistent and fair interview process.
Assess Cultural Fit: Evaluate candidates' alignment with the company's values, culture, and team dynamics. Determine if they will be a good fit within the organization.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of candidate assessments, interview feedback, and evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding candidate data.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
Proven experience as a L2 Desktop Support Engineer (Mandatory)
Experience using Active Directory, O365, etc
Strong understanding of the technologies and tools relevant to the job positions being interviewed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide clear, constructive, and unbiased feedback.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Familiarity with interview and assessment best practices.
Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities.
