You must think that designing for a ‘mattress’ brand wouldn’t be exciting. Well we’re not just any

mattress brand, we’re SleepyCat. And we have gained as many fans from our standout

communication & design as we’ve from our fantastic (oomph worthy) products.

We, the marketing team, are a giggling yet ambitious bunch who work together and have fun

together.

We love and are proud of everything we put out there. Right from social media posts, ads, emailer,

website banners, Market place banners, Promotional campaigns, Collaborations, endorsements,

etc. You name it, we’ve made it. And made it Fun with a capital F.

So if you’re someone who has all the crazy, wacky yet highly aesthetic designs, we’d love to see

them and bring them on board.


What you’ll be designing?


1. Attention-grabbing ads that competitors will want to copy.

2. Emails that customers wait for everyday because they’re so beautiful.

3. Editing product shoots like a pro, enhancing the picture’s lighting, background and

aesthetics.

4. Offline branding for our retail stores that are planned across the country.

5. Banners & content on market-places that make customers want to check us out

6. Pretty much everything on our website SleepyCat.in

7. Social media content both statics and videos.


What’ll you need to bring to the table?


1. 3-4 years of experience working with consumer brands or equivalent agencies.

2. Experience in working on a range of visual content and assets including, but not limited

to Newsletters, Email design, Digital marketing assets, HTML, Video editing

3. An entrepreneurial spirit and problem solving attitude.

4. High standards for accuracy and attention to detail.

5. Hands on experience on photoshop, illustrator, After effects, Premier Pro, and other

adobe software.

6. Must have hands-on experience with promotional creative design.

7. Understanding of HTML.

8. Understanding of now product launches- listing, shoots and promotional ideas

9. Performing with minimum supervision.

10. A degree in Visual Design or a related field.
