Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Content / Creative Manager to join our dynamic team at Hawk Ecommerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging ad creatives and graphic designs that align with our marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creative content creation skills and strategic thinking to drive maximum engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Creative Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Ad Creative Management: Design and produce high-quality ad creatives that effectively capture the target audience's attention and drive engagement.
- Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for web, social media, and other digital marketing materials.
- Content Strategy: Develop content strategies that support marketing campaigns and initiatives, focusing on audience engagement and conversion optimization.
- Micro-Audience Targeting: Tailor content and messaging for diverse audience segments to ensure maximum relevance and impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, web design, and UX teams to ensure a cohesive approach to content and creative execution.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and ad creatives, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, and ad creative management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Prior experience in the sports fantasy and gaming industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
