Job Title: Senior Manager - PR (Digital)

- The Senior Manager - PR (Digital) will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our digital marketing and PR strategies.
- This role requires a seasoned professional who can drive business development, lead generation, and online reputation management (ORM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, search engines, and display networks.
- Content Creation: Build and maintain a sharp, relevant editorial calendar to share across digital channels, ensuring a regular stream of quality storytelling and real-time content.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and share data-driven insights with immediate and wider teams, track customer journeys through our digital estate, and optimize for conversion.
- Audience Engagement: Organize, build, and engage with powerful custom audiences that align with target audience segment strategies, including high-clout influencers.
- Crisis Communications: Utilize social media monitoring platforms to manage crisis communications on social media.
- SEO and Content Management: Maintain and enhance website content, including Case Studies, Thought Leadership, and Blogs, using SEO best practices to improve searchability.
- Email Marketing: Manage and execute targeted email marketing strategies, optimizing for engagement and growth.
Agency Management: Oversee agencies/partners to optimize our Search and Paid Strategy and performance.
