Position: Lead Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

The Lead Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the design team, developing creative concepts, and overseeing the execution of various design projects. The role requires a blend of creative and technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a strategic vision to maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and mentorship.- Brand Development: Ensure the consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.- Project Management: Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations.- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals, ensuring the final design aligns with overall objectives.- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously push the boundaries of creativity.- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, presenting concepts and receiving feedback, ensuring satisfaction with the final output.- Quality Control: Ensure all design deliverables meet high standards of creativity, accuracy, and functionality.- Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design projects align with business objectives and target audience needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a proven track record of leading creative teams.- Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects (web, print, branding, etc.).- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail with an emphasis on delivering polished, professional designs.- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve design challenges.- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
