The role requires a blend of creative and technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a strategic vision to maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and mentorship.Brand Development: Ensure the consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.Project Management: Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals, ensuring the final design aligns with overall objectives.Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously push the boundaries of creativity.Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, presenting concepts and receiving feedback, ensuring satisfaction with the final output.Quality Control: Ensure all design deliverables meet high standards of creativity, accuracy, and functionality.Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design projects align with business objectives and target audience needs.Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a proven track record of leading creative teams.Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects (web, print, branding, etc.).Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail with an emphasis on delivering polished, professional designs.Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve design challenges.Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structureFlexible working hoursOpportunities for career advancementCreative and collaborative work environment
