Assistant Manager (PMO)who have experience in internal & statutory audits & Financial audit and can lead a team of 5 individualsProven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar roleStrong leadership skills.Good written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to details and technicalitiesExcellent organizational and technical abilitiesGood interpersonal and multi-tasking skillsRelevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management OfficerProject Management Officer responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.1- Accounts OfficerVendor Bills Processing· Vendor Statement Reconciliation· Bank Entries and Reconciliation· Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation· Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries· Preparation of customer invoices and mailing· AR and Revenue Reconciliation· Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports· Sales Tax calculation and filing· Payroll Reconciliation· Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments· Internal communication for routine queries and questions· Review and preparation of financial statements
