Job Description:

Job Role:
? Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings
? Monitor the campaign execution status using various excel and power point formats
? Prepare the summary of Campaign execution
? Communicate Stakeholders for various routine marketing formats.
? Providing general administrative and clerical support to the marketing team including mailing
and preparing presentations / excel files.
? Retrieving information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related
documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
? Follow-up with the field force to meet the execution deadline.
? Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements and skills:
? Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
? Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
? Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
? Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
? Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
? Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
