Our industry-recognised technology has garnered multiple awards for innovation, and we are committed to redefining the future of sports performance with our best-in-class solutions.Position OverviewAs a Senior UI/UX Designer at StanceBeam, you will lead the design vision for our cricket-inspired digital experiences across multiple exciting platforms. This diverse role spans from crafting intuitive mobile applications and responsive websites to designing immersive large screen display graphics, 3D motion graphics, and professional broadcast graphics. You'll combine strategic UX thinking with exceptional visual design execution, driving user research initiatives and delivering world-class designs for cutting-edge sports technology projects that reach millions of cricket fans and players worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership & Strategy- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to final implementation across diverse digital platforms - Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines for mobile apps, websites, broadcast graphics, and large displays - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user experience strategies - Present design concepts and rationale to clients and senior leadershipUser Experience & Research- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions - Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on research insights - Analyse user behaviour and feedback to iterate and improve existing designs - Establish UX best practices and methodologies within the design teamMulti-Platform Visual Design & Execution- Transform complex sports analytics data into intuitive interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms - Design compelling large screen graphics for stadium displays and digital signage - Create professional broadcast graphics for live cricket matches and sports programming - Develop 3D motion graphics for immersive sports experiences and data visualisations - Ensure consistent visual language across all touchpoints from mobile screens to broadcast televisionCreative Content & Motion Design- Develop infographics and data visualisations for sports analytics presentations - Create marketing collaterals, social media graphics, and promotional materials - Produce sophisticated 3D motion graphics and animations for enhanced user experiences - Design broadcast-quality graphics packages for live sports coverage - Edit videos for product demonstrations, tutorials, and marketing campaignsCollaboration & Mentorship- Work closely with development teams to ensure design implementation fidelity - Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, broadcast, and marketing - Participate actively in design reviews and stakeholder presentationsRequired Skills and ExperienceCore Design Skills- 5-10 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer - Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UI design and UX strategy across multiple platforms - Deep understanding of design systems, interaction design, and responsive design principles - Good to have experience designing for large format displays and broadcast environmentsUser Experience & Research- Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis - Ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions - Experience with user journey mapping, personas, and information architecture - Knowledge of UX methodologies and design thinking processesSoft Skills & Industry Knowledge- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong belief in frameworks and visual styles that are unique to brands - Authentic understanding of cricket culture and what resonates with cricket enthusiastsNice to Have- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) - Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices - Experience working with international clients and remote teams - Background in sports analytics or performance tracking applications - Experience with broadcast production pipelines and live graphics systems - Personal cricket playing experience or coaching backgroundPlease ensure your portfolio showcases examples of UX research, and infographic design alongside your UI design projects.
