Role Summary As aSenior UI/UX Designerat Teceze, you will own the end-to-end design of digital experiences – from discovery and UX flows to pixel-perfect UI and production-ready assets. You will work closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders to: Translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive user journeys Deliverworld-class visual designthat feels modern, refined and brand-consistent Supportgraphic and marketing designneeds (social creatives, banners, decks, etc.) when required Your work will directly shape how our customers experience our products and services. Key Responsibilities 1. UX Strategy & Research Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs and technical constraints Conduct or leverageuser research : interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, heuristic reviews Createuser personas , journey maps and task flows to guide product decisions Translate insights into clear UX recommendations and design solutions 2. Experience Design for Mobile & Web Apps Designend-to-end user flowsfor mobile apps (iOS/Android) and complex web applications Createwireframes, low-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypesto explore concepts quickly Defineinformation architectureand navigation patterns that scale as products grow Ensure all experiences areresponsive and adaptiveacross devices and breakpoints 3. High-End UI & Visual Design Producepixel-perfect UI designswith a strong emphasis on typography, spacing, color and hierarchy Createdesign systems, UI libraries and style guidesthat ensure visual consistency across products Designmarketing websites and landing pagesthat are visually striking and conversion-focused Work ongraphic design taskssuch as: Social media creatives and campaigns Web banners, email templates and promo assets Presentation decks, case studies and brand collateral 4. Prototyping & Developer Handover Buildinteractive prototypesto communicate motion, transitions and interactions Preparespecs and assetsfor engineering teams using tools like Figma/Zeplin/Adobe XD Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Participate in design reviews, QA and UAT to maintain design quality in production 5. Quality, Accessibility & Optimization Advocate forusability and accessibility best practices(WCAG, contrast, keyboard usage, etc.) Use analytics, heatmaps and user feedback toiterate and improveexisting experiences Maintain a strong focus onperformance, clarity and simplicityin design Conduct UI/UX audits on existing products and propose improvements 6. Collaboration & Process Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams in an agile environment Helpshape and refine design processes , tools and workflows at Teceze Occasionally mentor junior designers or provide review/feedback on their work Present design rationale confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Skills & Experience 3–6+ yearsof experience in UI/UX design, product design or interaction design Strongportfolioshowcasing: High-end UI for mobile apps and web applications UX thinking (flows, wireframes, prototypes) Visual/graphic design work (websites, marketing assets, brand visuals) Expert in modern design tools:Figma(preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or similar) Demonstrated experience with: Designingresponsive web interfacesand dashboards Designingnative or cross-platform mobile apps Creatingdesign systemsand component libraries Solid understanding ofUX principles , interaction design, IA and usability heuristics Strong visual sense: typography, color theory, layout, composition and iconography Basic understanding offront-end technologies(HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) to design with feasibility in mind Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once#teceze #itservices
