Internship Overview
Were looking for a sharp, proactive Recruitment Intern to support our recruiters in identifying, engaging, and placing top talent. This is a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process, build industry connections, and develop skills in sourcing, screening, and client management.
What You'll Do
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Use LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and Boolean searches to find potential candidates.
- Reach out to passive candidates via email, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future roles.
Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Assess candidate fit based on job requirements and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
Market Research & Client Support
- Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Assist recruiters in preparing client reports and talent mapping.
- Support employer branding efforts (social media, job fairs, referral programs).
Who We're Looking For
Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly organized with an eye for detail.
Self-motivated, persuasive, and comfortable with cold outreach.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, or recruitment tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
